Legal
Terms and conditions
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using the Algonix Trade platform, you agree to these terms. If any part of them is unacceptable to you, do not open an account and do not use the service. Continuing to use it after a change takes effect is how acceptance of that change is recorded.
2. What the service is
Algonix Trade is a digital asset trading platform. It carries out the orders and the automated instructions you configure. We are not an investment adviser and nothing produced by the platform or published on this site is financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
3. What the service is not
It is not a managed account, a fund, a copy-trading service, or a signal subscription. Nobody at Algonix Trade selects assets for you or exercises discretion over your capital. Every instruction the platform executes originates from a rule you configured.
4. The operating entity
The legal entity that operates this platform, its registration number and its registered office are not settled at the time of publication and are therefore not stated here. Where those details are required by law they will be published on this page and in the footer of every page before the service is offered commercially in the relevant market.
5. Regulatory status
No claim of authorisation by any financial regulator is made anywhere on this site. If and when the service is authorised or registered in a jurisdiction, the regulator and the licence number will be named here. Treat the absence of such a statement as meaning exactly what it says.
6. Eligibility
You must be of legal age where you live and legally permitted to trade digital assets there. You are responsible for confirming that your use of automated trading tools complies with local law, and for any tax arising from your trading. We do not provide tax advice.
7. Your account and its security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and your second-factor device secure, and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We will never ask you for your password, a two-factor code or a recovery code.
8. Demo accounts
Accounts open in demo mode with a simulated balance that has no real value and cannot be withdrawn. Demo fills are modelled against live market data and will not always match what a live order would have achieved, particularly in fast or thin markets. Demo results are not a prediction of live results.
9. Deposits and withdrawals
Live trading requires a deposit. Client funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from our own operating funds. Withdrawals are processed to verified destinations after second-factor confirmation, and may be delayed where checks required by anti-money-laundering rules are outstanding.
10. Automated execution and its limits
Automated systems fail. They can be interrupted by outages at us or at an upstream venue, they can execute at prices well away from the ones you expected during volatility, and a rule that is configured wrongly will be carried out wrongly and exactly as written. You remain responsible for the rules you set.
11. Risk disclosure
Trading digital assets involves substantial risk, including total loss of the capital you commit. Prices are volatile and can move sharply against a position at any hour. Automation is not a hedge against this and does not reduce market risk. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose entirely.
12. No performance representation
We make no representation about returns. Backtested, simulated and demo results describe past data under assumptions that will not repeat, and are not indicative of future performance. Any figure attributed to Algonix Trade as an expected or typical return did not come from us.
13. Fees and billing
Access is charged as a flat subscription in advance for each billing period, and is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. There is no profit share. Prices may change with at least thirty days' notice, which will be sent to your registered email address.
14. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from the billing page. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for, after which the subscription simply stops. We do not require notice, a phone call, or a reason.
15. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, share account access with others, or place orders intended to manipulate a market. Automated abuse of the platform's own interfaces is included in this.
16. Availability and changes to the service
The service is provided as it stands, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upgrades and incidents can all interrupt trading. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn; where a change materially reduces what you are paying for, we will give notice before it takes effect.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law permits, Algonix Trade is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, present a security or fraud risk, or are used unlawfully. Where we do so and the law allows us to explain why, we will. Funds held in a closed account are returned to a verified destination, subject to any checks we are required to complete.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will publish the revised version here with a new effective date. Material changes will be notified to your registered email address. Continuing to use the service after the effective date is acceptance of the revised terms.
