Privacy policy
1. Who is responsible for your data
The legal entity acting as data controller is not settled at the time of publication and is therefore not named here. It will be named on this page, with its registered address, before the service is offered commercially. Until then, questions can be sent to privacy@algonixtrade.com and will be answered by the team operating the platform.
2. What we collect
Account details such as your name, email address and mobile number. Identity documents where verification is required. Billing and deposit information. Your strategy configurations and trading history. Technical data including IP address, device and browser type, and log timestamps.
3. What we do not collect
We do not buy personal data from brokers, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not build advertising profiles. There is one optional analytics cookie, described below, and it is not set unless you agree to it.
4. Why we use it
To operate your account and execute the strategies you configure. To provide support. To detect fraud, abuse and unauthorised access. To meet legal and regulatory obligations. And, where you have specifically opted in, to send product updates you can stop at any time.
5. Legal basis
We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations such as anti-money-laundering rules, and on the basis of legitimate interests in securing and improving the service. Marketing and optional analytics rely on your consent, which you may withdraw.
6. Account security data
Passwords are stored hashed and are not recoverable. Two-factor secrets are encrypted at rest. Withdrawal destinations, session records and device history are retained specifically to detect unauthorised access, and are not used for anything else or shared with third parties.
7. Who we share it with
Processors that host our infrastructure, handle payments, verify identity, and provide support and analytics tooling — each bound by contract to confidentiality and to using the data only as instructed. We also disclose data where a law or a valid legal order requires it. We do not sell personal data.
8. International transfers
Data may be processed in countries other than the one you live in. Where that happens and the law requires a safeguard, we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism. You can ask us which mechanism applies to a particular transfer.
9. How long we keep it
Account and trading records are kept for the life of the account and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering rules require, which in several jurisdictions is a number of years. Demo-only account data is deleted shortly after closure. Support correspondence is kept for two years.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability, and you may object to certain processing. Some rights are limited by records we are legally required to retain. Write to privacy@algonixtrade.com to exercise any of them.
11. Cookies
Essential cookies handle authentication and session security and cannot be switched off without breaking sign-in. One optional analytics cookie helps us understand which parts of the product are used, and is only set if you accept it in the banner. You can change your mind from your browser settings at any time.
12. Automated decisions
Trading decisions inside your account are automated, but they execute rules you wrote and are not decisions we make about you. Fraud and anti-money-laundering checks may flag an account automatically; where that materially affects you, a person reviews it and you may ask for that review.
13. Children
The service is not offered to anyone under the age of eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we discover that an account belongs to a minor, it is closed and the associated personal data deleted, subject to any record we are legally obliged to keep.
14. Security incidents
If a breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within the period the law sets, and notify affected users directly where the risk is high. We will describe what happened rather than issue a statement that avoids saying it.
15. Changes and how to reach us
Material changes to this policy will be published here with a new effective date and notified to your registered email address. Questions, requests and complaints go to privacy@algonixtrade.com. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
